DESCRIPTION - A layered and perfumed natural Ethiopian coffee produced in Gedeb. Coffee cherries are hand sorted by farmers before they graded in water by density, where high quality beans will be separated as higher grade lots. Parchment is dried on raised beds in the sun for 20 days.
