The Haru area is located in the heart of Yirgacheffe. Yirgacheffe has been recognised for many years for producing some of the world's finest coffees. The freshly harvested red coffee cherries are depulped by a traditional Agaarde Discpulper, after which the parchment is fermented under water up to 78 hours, washed and graded in channels before it's carefully dried on raised beds.
